The upcoming Manly Fair Trade Markets is being held on World Fair Trade Day and during Fair Trade Fortnight 2009 - on Saturday, 9 May. Join in the fun and explore the wonderful array of Fairtrade products available, great entertainment and sample Fair Trade coffee and chocolate. And, there will be activities for the kids as well.

Check out the latest women’s and men’s fashion by up and coming designers; chic accessories including jewellery, bags, shoes and scarves; stylish home decor including carpets, blankets, hammocks and soft furnishings; beautiful kid’s clothing, gifts and toys; sports balls and clothing; and fair trade gifts and hampers. And best of all, you know that if you purchase one of these gorgeous products, it supports fair wages and sustainable living for developing communities and is also friendly to the environment.

Soulful entrepreneurs with stalls include ibuTrade, Rise Up!, WEFT, Generation Wonder, The Hamper Hut, Ethica, Oxfam Shop, Barachala Carpets for Communities, Earthtribe, Etiko, Me Too Please, Pashom, Nurturing Threads Freeset Bags, Mexitraders, Republica Coffee, Serendib Craftlink, The Fair Trade Company, Tribes & Nations, Warp & Weft and Women’s Woven Art. World Vision will also be there, so you can learn more about the ‘Don’t Trade Lives’ campaign.
