Sustainable Living Event 4 August 2009Join Professor of Bioethics at Princeton University and Laureate Professor at Melbourne University as well as Professor Peter Singer in their informative talk and learn more about the ethics of living sustainably. Globally 20% of the population consume over 80% of the resources, so this topic is very timely and critical. To Sydney residents who are seeking opportunities to green their own lives and communities, this interesting discussion will address how to live more ethically and sustainably and the impact our every day choices make.

The presentation will be followed by a panel discussion with Peter Singer, fairtrade entrepreneur Bronwyn Darlington of Rise Up, restaurateur and Fair Trade Ambassador Kylie Kwong, Divisional Director Sustainability Programs at the Department of Environment and Climate Change Bernard Carlon and Lord Mayor of Sydney Clover Moore MP.
